Job Description
Role Overview
- Provide In-Home Health Evaluations in patients' private residences
- Conduct 45-minute visits including medication reviews, medical history reviews, and physical evaluations
- Perform additional diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry) if ordered by health plans
- No requirement to prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens
Key Responsibilities
- Complete home visits and virtual visits as needed
- Travel locally and within licensed states
- Provide Diagnostic and Preventive Services products
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license in coverage area
- Board certification required
- Multi-state licenses preferred
