In-Home Health - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Full Time) - Washington (Traveler)

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full-Time Clinician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care.

Job Highlights

• Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations.
• Perform medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and diagnostic tests (such as diabetic eye exams and spirometry).
• Use an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation.
• No requirement to prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter treatment regimens.
• Flexible to travel locally and within licensed states.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.

Work Environment

• Primary workplace is the private residence of members.
• Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area (Washington).
• Board certification.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
