[Hiring] MinuteClinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner - Overnight Shift @CVS Health

Deliver patient care services through a remote technology platform, working independently and collaboratively to provide holistic, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients ages 18 months and older.
• Evaluate primary care, acute, chronically ill, and transitional care patients.
• Provide patient counseling, including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, contraceptive care, and medication management.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries.
• Document all patient care within an Electronic Health Record (EHR) according to MinuteClinic policies.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Certification

• Completion of a Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification.
• State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
• Current, unrestricted license in one of the following states: AK, AZ, CA, HI, IL, MN, MO, MT, NM, OR, UT, WA.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• High-speed broadband internet connectivity (minimum 25 download / 3 upload speed).
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.
