Curana Health is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner for its National After-Hours Team to provide remote telephonic care and clinical direction to older adults in senior living communities across multiple states.

Role Overview
At Curana Health, our National After-Hours Call Team provides compassionate telephonic care and clinical direction during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure timely support for residents.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for residents and facility staff after-hours, providing medical care over the phone.
- Coordinate care between facilities, hospitals, and clinics using Curana's telephonic platform.
- Address acute, chronic, and behavioral health needs in collaboration with physicians and specialty providers.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and document encounters accurately in the EMR.
- Apply clinical protocols to support safe, effective treatment in place.
Scheduling & Hours
- 24 hours per week on a set schedule.
- Weeknight shifts between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM local time.
- Every other weekend coverage for 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday).
- Overnight and holiday coverage required (two 12-hour holiday shifts per year).
