Telemedicine Concussion Care Provider (NP or PA)

Contact Medical Services is a rapidly expanding national telemedicine company focused exclusively on timely, evidence-based concussion care for student-athletes. We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our early clinical team.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform real-time telemedicine concussion evaluations
• Develop and implement evidence-based management plans
• Conduct follow-up visits and return-to-learn / return-to-play assessments
• Communicate with athletic trainers, school administrators, families, and coaches
• Provide medical clearance when appropriate per protocol
• Document accurately and thoroughly in the EMR
• Adhere to all telemedicine, state licensing, and concussion care protocols

Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure strongly preferred)
• Prior experience with concussion, sports medicine, emergency medicine, neurology, orthopedics, or adolescent care strongly preferred
• Prior telemedicine experience a plus
• Active individual malpractice insurance policy
• DEA license if applicable
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Compensation & Structure

• $90–$115 per hour based on experience, licensure breadth, and concussion background
• Fully remote, flexible scheduling
• No billing, collections, or administrative burden
• Independent Contractor (1099) relationship
• Non-exclusive — clinicians may work with other organizations
