Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, 3rd Shift

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide remote care to patients from their residence or facility.
• Utilize advanced digital health technologies to diagnose and care for patients.
• Work closely with client staff to ensure proper care and handoffs.
• Address health issues in specialties such as cardiology, medication management and reconciliation, pulmonary, and diabetes.
• Record visit information directly into client EMR systems.
• Provide remote employee health evaluations for minor ailments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience required.
• Licensure required in OH, IN, MD, VA, WV, and PA following hire.
• DEA registration required eventually in OH, IN, and MD.
• Excellent communication skills and good technology aptitude.
• Preferred background in primary care, internal medicine, ED, urgent care, SNF, or telehealth.
