Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking multiple
compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioners (NP) to join our growing telehealth platform serving primarily geriatric patients —
and we're ready to hire now.
These are 1099 independent contractor opportunities offering flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults — all from the comfort of your home office.
If you thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, genuinely enjoy working with aging populations, and want the freedom of a contract-based practice model, we'd love to connect with you.
Qualified candidates can expect a streamlined onboarding process and the ability to start seeing patients quickly.
What You'll Do
• Conduct comprehensive telehealth visits for patients, including new patient evaluations, follow-ups, chronic disease management, and medication management
• Collaborate with care teams, specialists, and patient families to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Document clinical encounters accurately and in a timely manner within our telehealth platform's EHR system
• Identify and escalate urgent or complex cases appropriately
• Maintain compliance with state-specific telehealth regulations and prescribing guidelines
What We're Looking For
• Active, unrestricted licensure in the
State of New York
(required)
• Licensure in additional states is a strong plus
— the more, the better!
• Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience, with preference for experience in
geriatrics, primary care, internal medicine, or long-term care
• Comfortable with telemedicine platforms and EHR documentation
• Strong communication skills — particularly the ability to connect with elderly patients and their caregivers
• DEA registration preferred
• Active malpractice/professional liability insurance
(or willingness to obtain prior to start)
Why Work With Us
• Multiple positions available — immediate start for all roles
once credentialing is complete
• 100% remote — work from anywhere you're licensed
• Flexible scheduling — you control your availability
• Competitive per-visit compensation
• No administrative headaches — we handle scheduling, billing, and platform support
• Meaningful, relationship-centered work with an underserved patient population
Compensation
• Average compensation is between $100-$125 per hour. Full time schedule is anticipated.
To Apply
• We have multiple openings and are actively interviewing now.
Please submit your CV along with a list of your active state licensures and a brief note about your experience working with geriatric populations. Qualified applicants will be contacted promptly — don't wait, these roles are filling fast!
