Telephonic Critical Support Nurse (RN), Per Diem Accredo - Remote
Cigna Healthcare is seeking a per diem Telephonic Critical Support Nurse (RN) to handle incoming calls and triage patient needs in a 24/7 remote clinical call center setting. The role focuses on supporting chronic and home infusion therapies.

Schedule Information
- Per diem role requiring at least 12 hours per week or 48 hours per month.
- Availability required for evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as needed.
- Days off will vary week-to-week.
Responsibilities
- Triage incoming calls from patients, clinicians, and hospitals to address life-threatening medication interruptions.
- Guide patients and caregivers through assessments of potential medication administration disruptions.
- Troubleshoot infusion device issues, answer access questions, and provide therapy support.
- Coordinate communication between patients, caregivers, pharmacists, nurses, hospital staff, and physicians.
- Document transactions in patients' e-charts.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing, Bachelor Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma.
- Registered Nurse (RN) multistate license in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience preferred (critical care or home infusion experience preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- High-speed broadband or fiber optic internet connection (minimum 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload).
