Chen Medical Associates is seeking a remote, part-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner) for weekend telehealth consultations and after-hours clinical care. The role requires conducting virtual patient assessments, diagnostic care, and treatment planning.
Job Description
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) I, CareLine is responsible for diagnostic patient care primarily through virtual, remote consultation via video conference or telephone. The incumbent serves as the dispositional authority for after-hours and weekend clinical calls, accountable for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and documenting patients' health status.

- Friday meeting: 15:30 - 16:30
- Saturdays: 12:30 - 00:00
- Sundays: 12:30 - 00:00
Essential Job Duties
- Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems via virtual video conference or telephone.
- Perform and document physical evaluations and patient histories.
- Develop and implement patient management plans including health education, physician referrals, and case management.
- Confer with primary care providers and multidisciplinary team members to ensure compliance and optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to state laws regarding travel for onsite observation and medical record review.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing required (Bachelor's in Nursing required as a foundation).
- Board certification by AANP or ANCC.
- Minimum of 4 years of acute/primary care clinical work experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Multi-state licensure to include FL and at least 3 licenses in VA, GA, MI, MO, OH, PA, TN, TX, IL, or LA.
