Role Overview
We are looking for a Registered Nurse for remote telehealth triage, providing telephonic directional patient care advice, health education, and advocacy.
Essential Duties
- Connect with patients via phone or video to collect health histories and assess needs.
- Provide health assessments, monitor at-home care, and aid in emergency scenarios.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document interventions accurately in electronic systems.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years acute clinical nursing work experience in emergency services, urgent care, or emergency triage.
- Active Nurse Licensure Compact / Multistate Nursing license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday: 0430-0830
- Saturdays: 0500-1700
- Sundays: 0700-1900
