Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage patient panels with full clinical autonomy.
• Provide comprehensive care ranging from acute illness management to chronic disease care, preventive services, and health maintenance.
• Participate in an integrated care model by collaborating and sharing cross-specialty referrals.
• Utilize secure e-prescription functionality and order patient labs or diagnostic testing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (multiple state licenses preferred).
• Board certification in Family, Adult, or related primary/urgent care specialties.
• Comfortable operating as an independent 1099 contractor.
