Role Overview
Call 4 Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a remote telephone triage position. Candidates must hold an active Compact State RN license along with specific state licenses (IL, MA, NY, MN, DC, CA, NV, OR, AK, CT, MI).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound patient calls for a multi-state nurse triage telephone service
- Utilize Schmitt-Thompson telephone triage protocols and EHR systems
- Provide clinical assessment, medication prescription refills, and post-discharge coordination
- Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and chronic disease education (diabetes, hypertension, COPD)
- Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2-4 years of clinical experience (ER, Urgent Care, ICU, Home Health, etc.)
- Previous telephone triage and remote work experience
- Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and rotating schedules
