Job Description
Boulder Care is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners aligned with harm reduction principles to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. Clinicians independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment.
Requirements
- Reside in AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, or WY
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of residence
- Candidates in FL, IL, MA, MN, or VA must hold independent practice licensure without physician supervision
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an independent, outpatient setting regularly prescribing buprenorphine
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time: 30-40 hours per week
- Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 (up to $145,000 in select markets) for 1.0 FTE
