[Hiring] Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant @Bicycle Health

• Position: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Location: Remote (must live in Florida for Southeast region)

Responsibilities

• Assess new patients for telemedicine-based OUD care and determine enrollment appropriateness.
• Manage continuity of care for an adult panel up to 275 patients from initial induction through ongoing care.
• Provide diagnosis of OUD and co-occurring mental health conditions, coordinating with outside providers when necessary.
• Safely and effectively initiate buprenorphine-naloxone treatment and manage early induction and stabilization.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and rapport-building techniques.
• Participate in clinical team meetings, quality improvement activities, and practice development.

Qualifications

• Valid state medical license and DEA license.
• At least 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Motivational Interviewing experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
