About this Role

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will guide patients through every step of their endoscopic weight loss journey via our telehealth platform. This is a fully remote, full-time role operating Tuesday through Friday with a half-day on Saturday (Sundays and Mondays off).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-procedure consultations and help assess candidacy for endoscopic weight loss procedures.
• Conduct medical clearances, including patient assessments, histories, and physical exams.
• Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans as needed.
• Deliver post-procedure follow-up care, including triaging clinical concerns and managing recovery.
• Participate in the remote on-call pool for patient needs, with additional compensation.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Support Patient Navigators and Product team with insights to improve the app and patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as an NP or PA, including 2+ years in a surgical setting.
• Active NP or PA license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of people with obesity.
• Experience with both inpatient and outpatient settings is a plus.
• Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
