Performance Standards

• Evaluate and treat conditions within Primary and Urgent Care using telemedicine protocols.
• Conduct professional virtual acute care visits following telemedicine best practices.
• Obtain patient histories, conduct assessments, order diagnostics, and develop treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation while adhering to telehealth regulations.
• Educate patients on diet, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
