Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth Urgent Care
Start Date: March 2026
Contract Length: 26 weeks (flexible / ongoing)
Schedule
Flexible shifts within operating hours
Minimum 20+ hours/week of synchronous visits (slightly less considered for weekends‑only schedules)
Operating hours (EST):
Urgent Care (UC): 8:00 AM–10:00 PM
Medical Weight Loss (MWL): 7:00 AM–12:00 AM
TRT/HRT: 8:00 AM–10:00 PM
Providers submit monthly availability for synchronous appointments
Asynchronous visits can be completed at any time from a professional environment

Practice Details
Fully remote telehealth position
Primary focus: Urgent Care, with opportunity to cross‑train into MWL and TRT/HRT
UC workload is approximately 80% asynchronous and 20% synchronous
High async volume available—providers can maintain 20+ hours/week asynchronously if desired
Providers review cases, complete assessments, manage escalations per protocol, and document all encounters
Training provided on required EHR systems
Clinical Scope
Asynchronous chart reviews with full patient intake and history
Synchronous urgent care visits scheduled directly to provider calendar
Evaluation and management of common UC conditions within telehealth scope
Documentation per program standards
Escalation of cases outside telehealth scope
Cross‑training into MWL or TRT/HRT available after onboarding
Requirements
Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care
Minimum 3 years NP experience
Must be Medicare‑eligible (PECOS verification required)
Must hold multiple active state licenses or qualify via points‑based system
Must meet UC/FM experience requirements within past 12 months
DEA as required per state rules
Must meet target score on the program’s NP scoring matrix
Ability to manage high‑volume asynchronous UC workflow
Adequate computer hardware required for telehealth and onboarding software
Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe: 2–5 weeks
Two‑day remote onboarding (paid)
Day 1: Administrative + technology onboarding
Day 2: Functional clinical onboarding
Must pass test‑patient evaluations to proceed
Full onboarding and responsiveness required for scheduling
Location
Fully remote — provider must reside in United States.
