Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care - Must Have Multiple State licenses - Pay per assessment! - $20/assessment
Aya Locums is seeking a telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner for a fully remote urgent care role with flexible shifts. Providers will handle both synchronous and asynchronous visits with opportunities to cross-train in medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapies.
Job Description
Role Overview
- Fully remote telehealth position focusing on Urgent Care.
- Opportunity to cross-train into Medical Weight Loss (MWL) and TRT/HRT.
- Contract Length: 26 weeks (flexible / ongoing).
- Workload consists of approximately 80% asynchronous and 20% synchronous visits.
Schedule & Shifts
- Flexible shifts within operating hours with no call.
- Minimum 20+ hours/week of synchronous visits (slightly less considered for weekends-only schedules).
- Operating hours (EST): Urgent Care (8:00 AM–10:00 PM), Medical Weight Loss (7:00 AM–12:00 AM), TRT/HRT (8:00 AM–10:00 PM).
Responsibilities
- Review cases, complete assessments, manage escalations per protocol, and document all encounters.
- Conduct asynchronous chart reviews with full patient intake and history.
- Manage high-volume asynchronous urgent care workflow.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care certification/licensure.
- Minimum 3 years of NP experience.
- Must hold multiple active state licenses.
- Must be Medicare-eligible (PECOS verification required).
- DEA registration as required per state rules.
