Role Overview
- Location: Telehealth in Louisiana (with occasional in-home visits if local)
- Start Date: March 2026
- Contract Length: 3-month contract with option to extend
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch (Full-time, 40 hours/week, no call)
Practice Details
- Assessment-only role; no treatment or prescribing
- Conduct 5–6 assessments per day (annual risk assessments and chronic condition reviews)
- Escalate urgent findings to the patient's PCP
- Paid full day regardless of volume
- Equipment provided and shipped to provider
Requirements
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active Louisiana license at submission
- Medicare credentialed or enrolled
- Comfortable seeing pediatric and adult patients
