Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- No call
Practice Details
- Regional float model focusing on telehealth with occasional in-home visits
- Assessment-only role (no treatment or prescribing)
- 5 to 6 assessments per day
- Annual risk assessments and chronic condition reviews
- Equipment provided and shipped to the provider
