Board-certified Family Medicine physician is offering collaborative practice agreements for Nurse Practitioners requiring a collaborating physician for independent or telehealth practice. This opportunity is ideal for NPs practicing in primary care, telehealth, weight management, chronic disease management, and transitional care.
