This is NOT a physician position. This opportunity is for Nurse Practitioners requiring a collaborating physician. Ideal for NPs practicing in: • Primary care • Telehealth • Weight management / GLP-1 programs • Chronic disease management • Transitional care Collaboration Services Provided • Collaborative practice agreement (state-specific compliance) • Chart review and clinical oversight • Ongoing availability for consultation and support • Guidance on evidence-based care and prescribing • Experience with telehealth workflows and remote patient management States Covered • North Carolina • South Carolina • West Virginia (IMLC expansion pending) Ideal Candidates • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) in NC, SC, or WV • Practicing or planning to practice independently or via telehealth • Seeking a reliable and responsive collaborating physician • Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care Compensation Monthly collaboration fee based on state requirements, scope, and patient volume. Typical range: $500 – $1,500 per month per NP.
