Telemedicine Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

Overview

Practice primary care with fewer administrative burdens and more meaningful patient care. Serve as a direct extension of Atlantic Health, providing longitudinal primary care to an established patient panel.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 24 months of outpatient primary care experience
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience with Epic preferred
• Passion for innovation, technology, and relationship-based primary care
• Comfortable practicing in a virtual care environment
