Qualifications
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP)
- Minimum of two years of primary care experience
- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts NP license
- Experience with Epic preferred
- Passion for delivering patient-centered, technology-enabled care
