Their primary responsibilities includes: • Monitoring all Remote Care patients, • Responding to Telehealth calls, • Verifying patient eligibility, • Performing medical scribing; • And assisting with the completion of minimum of 50 patients’ charts. This role directly impacts patient outcomes, provider efficiency, referral partner satisfaction, and revenue continuity.
