Role Overview
- Position: Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Location: Remote (Texas license required)
- Compensation: $425 - $525 per day
- Job Type: Part-Time / PRN
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7pm - 7am or 7am - 7pm), including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
What You'll Do
- Take remote calls for Chronic Care Management (CCM) visits.
- Examine patient medical records and oversee overall health.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medications and create treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in the state of Texas.
- All experience levels welcome, including new graduates.
- Experience or passion in acute care, family health, geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care.
- Strong problem-solving, patience, and communication skills.
