Responsibilities
- Provide remote telephone triage and health information services to hospitals, physician offices, and insurance plans.
- Impact patients positively using nursing skills in a call center environment.
- Complete a minimum of 3 weeks of training.
Requirements
- Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for bilingual positions.
