Virtual/Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (Maryland + 1 more state Licenses needed)

Pay Rate

• $74.00 per hour (paid weekly, W2)

Schedule

• Evening hours required (Full-time or Part-time)
• Every other weekend + some holiday hours required
• Shift options: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM (4-hour shift flexibility may be available)

About the Role

• Deliver patient care via remote technology platform for patients 18 months and older
• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and disposition planning
• Document encounters in an EHR and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate primary care, acute, chronic, and transitional care patients
• Provide patient counseling including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and contraceptive counseling
• Document all care in the EHR per policy
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues
• Maintain patient confidentiality (PHI/HIPAA)
• Deliver strong customer service and patient engagement
• Manage workload independently and support operational tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Licensure in Maryland (MD) plus one of: FL, OH, MA, DE, DC, KS, KY, ME, NH, RI, VT
• Master's-level Family Nurse Practitioner program and current national board certification
• NP/RN/APRN licenses in good standing with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum 2 years of medically relevant experience
• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
