Virtual Clinician Home Evaluations - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - WA

Role Overview

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring full-time, board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants to conduct Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online Video Visits with health plan members in a private, quiet space with adequate internet connection.
• Provide 40 hours of availability weekly (320+ capacity units per month).
• Execute a strong visit completion rate, averaging 220+ completed visits per month.
• Perform approximately 30-minute visits including medication and medical history reviews, health education, and answering member questions.
• Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements and key performance indicators.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas (Washington).
• Maintain board certification.
• FNP or AGNP certification preferred for NPs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses as required.
• Experience with telehealth, video visits, or in-home health evaluations is preferred.
• Minimum technical requirements: broadband connectivity with video/audio enabled, computer/iPad proficiency, and a quiet setting ensuring patient privacy.
