Virtual Clinician Home Evaluations Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Full Time - PA

Role Overview

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring full-time, board-certified nurse practitioners to conduct Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online Video Visits (approx. 30 minutes) including medication and medical history reviews.
• Provide 40 hours of availability weekly, consistently providing 320+ capacity units per month.
• Execute a strong visit completion rate, pacing 220+ completed visits per month.
• Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements.
• Engage with regular manager, team, and clinical meetings.
• Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas and board certification.

Requirements

• Maintain active state licenses (FNP, AGNP certification preferred).
• Maintain board certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage areas.
• Broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled, and a quiet setting with a neutral background.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
