Virtual Clinician Home Evaluations Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Full Time) - Nebraska

Role Overview

• Conduct online Video Visits with health plan members to close gaps in care.
• Perform approximately 30-minute visits including medication and medical history reviews, health education, and Q&A.
• Provide 40 hours of availability weekly (320+ capacity units and 220+ completed visits per month).

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements.
• Be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in Nebraska.
• Engage in regular manager, team, and clinical meetings.
• Meet operational, clinical, and member experience KPIs.

Requirements

• Active state license in Nebraska (multi-state licenses as required).
• Board certification (FNP or AGNP preferred for Nurse Practitioners).
• High-speed broadband connectivity, video/audio capability, and a private, quiet setting for remote delivery.
• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
