MinuteClinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner - Overnight Shift

Role Overview

The MinuteClinic Telehealth Nurse Practitioner delivers patient care services through a remote technology platform, working independently and collaboratively to provide holistic, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems for patients 18 months and older.
• Offer health counseling, education, pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and contraceptive care counseling.
• Evaluate primary care, acute, chronically ill, and transitional care patients.
• Document all patient care within an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues including collaborative physicians and pharmacists.

Working Environment

• Fully remote, 32-40 hours per week overnight shift (8p - 7a, including every other weekend).
• Requires broadband connectivity (minimum 25 download / 3 upload), a quiet setting with a neutral background, and strict adherence to patient privacy.
