Our providers routinely see 8-12 patients per day and never more than 15. Hours can be flexible. We make accommodations for providers with children in the home or other circumstances. There are no working nights, weekends or being on call. Job Requirements: • Current nurse practitioner license • Minimal experience treating diabetes patients, we will train in use of our protocols • Outstanding listening and communication skills • Strong sense of empathy and compassion • Ability to prescribe medications • Desire to change the world • Team player
