A company is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a Specialty Phone Triage position, offering a remote opportunity for 32 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Assess and prioritize medical needs via telephone and direct patients to appropriate care Document symptoms, nursing assessments, and patient responses while following established protocols Provide patient education and follow-up on care, including laboratory results and medication management Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas Preferred two or more years of clinical experience within the last five years Experience in telephone triage and ambulatory or acute care settings preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
