Licensed Vocational Nurse-Senior (Virtual Call Center Urology)

Please review: This role is solely virtual care for urology Under minimal supervision, provides nursing care to patients virtually through the Urology Clinic Virtual Call Center by handling patient requests via telephone, MyChart messaging, or other requests that come though electronically in the Epic system. Responsible for providing virtual nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or team leader. May lead or mentor lower level team members. Under supervision by an RN, a Dentist, or a member of the Medical Staff, the LVN is responsible for providing general nursing care to patients. May lead or mentor lower-level team members.
