We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee medication management for clients receiving substance abuse and behavioral health services. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience •• Supportive and collaborative clinical team • Meaningful work that changes lives • Professional growth opportunities What You'll Do • Oversee medication management for clients receiving substance abuse treatment • Administer medications safely, including oral, topical, and injectable medications • Maintain accurate Medication Administration Records (MAR) • Monitor clients for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions • Perform routine health assessments and document vital signs • Educate clients about medications and treatment plans • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, and methadone programs • Train and support Medication Technicians on medication administration • Assist with medication audits, inventory, ordering, storage, and controlled substance compliance • Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care What We're Looking For • Current Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license • CPR and First Aid Certification • At least three years of nursing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience administering oral, topical, injectable, and IV medications • Knowledge of medication safety, documentation, and patient education • Strong communication and organizational skills • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality patient care • Ability to successfully pass criminal background and CPS checks Why Join Therapeutic Wellness Services?
