Role Description This role involves joining the Virtual Health Assessment team at Oscar Medical Group. • Run a Virtual Health Assessment (VHA) program that outreaches and engages Oscar Health Insurance members. • Support teams across Oscar Medical Group, including Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Urgent Care. • Report to the Director, Virtual Health Assessment. • Clinic Hours: • 8a-8p EST Monday - Thursday • 8a-6p EST Friday & Saturday • 8hr or 10hr shifts • 1 late day (working shift ending at 8p EST) is required per week • 2 Saturday shifts required per quarter • Work Location: Remote position open to candidates in various states. • Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. Qualifications • PA from accredited program • Board Certification (NCCPA) • Bilingual - Spanish fluency (read, write, & speak) • 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care Requirements • Experience with Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or managing HEDIS quality measures • Licensed in Georgia and one of the following states: Florida, Texas, or Ohio • Ability to obtain licensure in additional states Benefits • Base pay: $104,000 - $136,500 per year • Eligible for employee benefits • Annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year • Annual performance bonuses • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 11 paid holidays • Paid sick time • Paid parental leave • 401(k) plan participation • Life and disability insurance • Paid wellness time and reimbursements
