Remote Independent Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Telehealth Practice Partner (1099)

OnyxWell Medical Group operates as a Management Services Organization (MSO) that provides non-clinical administrative support services to independent healthcare providers. We are seeking entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who wish to operate their own independent practice while leveraging professional administrative infrastructure. This is not a W-2 employment opportunity and not a traditional clinic role. Providers who partner with OnyxWell function as independent contractors and maintain full control over their clinical practice, schedule, and patient care decisions. OnyxWell does not direct or control clinical judgment. Under a Management Services Agreement, OnyxWell provides non-clinical support services which may include administrative operations, billing support, credentialing assistance, technology infrastructure, marketing support, scheduling systems, and compliance resources. Providers remain solely responsible for clinical care and for complying with all applicable state scope-of-practice and supervision requirements. Compensation is structured through a commercially reasonable management services arrangement. Providers retain ownership of their clinical revenue and compensate OnyxWell for administrative services rendered under the Management Services Agreement. Specific financial terms are discussed during onboarding. We are currently partnering with providers in psychiatry, primary care, weight management, addiction medicine, men’s health, and women’s health. PAs must have their own supervising physician secured in accordance with state law. OnyxWell does not provide supervising physicians. This opportunity is best suited for clinicians seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to build their own independent practice without managing backend operations. It is not appropriate for providers seeking guaranteed hours, fixed salary, or traditional employment.
