Telehealth PMH-NP for (Chronic Pain & CBT), Indiana

We partner with pain specialists nationwide to provide psychological clearance and ongoing CBT-based care for patients preparing for or recovering from spinal cord stimulator (SCS) and intrathecal pump procedures. No experience in pain medicine required. If you have experience with CBT and are open to learning, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do • Conduct tele-health pre-procedure evaluations for pain interventions. • Provide focused CBT sessions around chronic pain, anxiety, weight loss, and behavior change. • Use standardized tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, Pain Catastrophizing, etc.). • Deliver concise readiness reports and collaborate with MDs to guide care.
