Remote Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Telemedicine – Multi-State)

Job Summary

• Support a growing telemedicine platform through scheduled, video-based consultations.
• Fully remote role consisting of brief 15-minute visits focused on reviewing patient history and discussing ongoing health concerns.
• Requires clinicians licensed in multiple U.S. states comfortable practicing within a non-acute clinical scope.
• No procedures, in-person care, or urgent evaluations.

Role Overview

• Conduct scheduled 15-minute video consultations.
• Review medical history and discuss chronic or ongoing conditions, including mental health when appropriate.
• Provide clinical insight and patient education within established guidelines.
• Complete concise, accurate EHR documentation.
• Work within a consistent and well-supported telehealth workflow.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Licensed in 5 or more U.S. states (required).
• Comfortable practicing in a focused, low-complexity virtual care environment.
• Telehealth and EHR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
