Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support a growing telemedicine platform through scheduled, video-based consultations. This role is fully remote and consists of brief, structured 15-minute visits focused on reviewing patient history and discussing ongoing health concerns.
To support nationwide coverage, this position requires clinicians who are licensed in multiple U.S. states and comfortable practicing within a clearly defined, non-acute clinical scope. No procedures, in-person care, or urgent evaluations are involved.
Role Overview
• Conduct scheduled 15-minute video consultations
• Review medical history and discuss chronic or ongoing conditions, including mental health when appropriate
• Provide clinical insight and patient education within established guidelines
• Complete concise, accurate EHR documentation
• Work within a consistent and well-supported telehealth workflow
Scope of Practice
• No acute care or emergent conditions
• No prescribing pressure
• No on-call responsibilities
• Care delivered exclusively via secure video telehealth
Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• Licensed in 5 or more U.S. states (required)
• Comfortable practicing in a focused, low-complexity virtual care environment
• Telehealth and EHR experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
