Remote Practitioner (PA or NP) Telehealth Peptide Therapy

Role Overview

• Premium longevity and health optimization clinic.
• Fully remote, flexible 1099 role ($75–$115/hour).
• Focus on evidence-informed care, advanced diagnostics, and personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth visits via video, phone, and asynchronous follow-ups.
• Review medical history, goals, and risk factors in a HIPAA-compliant EHR.
• Order and interpret labs, including bloodwork, metabolic/hormone panels, and specialty testing.
• Evaluate and manage patients for longevity-focused care, including HRT/TRT, medical weight loss (GLP-1s), peptide therapy, and wellness support.
• Prescribe medications and therapies through licensed partner pharmacies.
• Provide patient education, ongoing follow-up care, and adverse effect management.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and internal clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in good standing (multi-state licensure preferred).
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience, with telehealth strongly preferred.
• Comfortable managing HRT/TRT and GLP-1 care.
• Active DEA registration.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication.
