Job Description
Remote Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (1099) — Telehealth Longevity & Peptide Therapy
Compensation: $75–$115/hour (1099; based on experience, multi-state coverage, and clinical fit)
We’re a premium longevity and health optimization clinic focused on improving healthspan through evidence-informed care, advanced diagnostics, and highly personalized treatment plans. Our care model combines clinician-led decision-making with streamlined operations and a modern telehealth platform.
We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (APP) to join our growing multi-state telemedicine practice. This is a fully remote, flexible 1099 role. You’ll work with established clinical protocols, a supportive admin team, and supervising/collaborating physicians as required by state law.
Responsibilities
• Conduct telehealth visits via video, phone, and asynchronous follow-ups (as appropriate).
• Review medical history, goals, contraindications, and risk factors; document clearly in a HIPAA-compliant EHR.
• Order and interpret labs when clinically indicated (e.g., bloodwork, metabolic/hormone panels; specialty testing as appropriate).
• Evaluate and manage patients for longevity-focused care, including:
– HRT / TRT (including testosterone management where permitted)
– Medical weight loss (GLP-1s)
– Peptide therapy and adjunct therapies within scope and protocol
– Recovery/performance, cognitive health, sexual wellness, hair health, and skin health (as clinically appropriate)
• Prescribe medications and therapies through licensed partner pharmacies as appropriate and within your scope.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, risks/benefits, side effects, and expectations.
• Provide ongoing follow-up care: monitor outcomes, adjust plans, and manage adverse effects.
• Collaborate with supervising/collaborating physicians and internal clinical staff as needed.
• Participate in onboarding, protocol training, and quality assurance.
Qualifications (Required)
• Active NP or PA license in good standing (at least one state).
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience (telehealth strongly preferred).
• Comfortable managing HRT/TRT and GLP-1 care (or demonstrably capable with training).
• Active DEA registration (required if prescribing controlled substances, including testosterone, where applicable).
• Ability to practice under state-specific supervision/collaboration requirements (varies by state and credential).
• Strong clinical judgment, clear documentation, and patient-centered communication.
• Comfortable using telehealth + EHR tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a private, secure workspace.
Preferred
• Direct experience with hormone optimization and peptide therapy.
• Multi-state licensure (or willingness to obtain additional licenses).
• Experience with protocol-driven care, remote follow-ups, and lab-guided treatment.
