Remote Registered Nurse (RN) – Weight Loss & Hormone Optimization Practice (1099 Contractor)

About Us Dynamic NP Functional Wellness is a growing telehealth practice specializing in medical weight loss, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and functional wellness Located in PA. We help patients uncover the root cause of symptoms through personalized care, advanced lab testing, lifestyle support, and evidence-based treatment plans. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, proactive Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient care, follow-up communication, refill coordination, and clinical operations in a fast-growing concierge-style wellness practice. This is a remote 1099 contractor role with flexible hours and growth potential. ResponsibilitiesPatient Support & Follow-Up • Respond to patient messages and follow-up questions • Provide ongoing accountability and support for weight loss and hormone optimization patients • Review symptom updates and communicate concerns to provider when appropriate • Assist patients with medication education and treatment plan adherence • Help guide patients through onboarding and follow-up processes Refill & Clinical Coordination • Coordinate medication refill requests • Communicate with compounding pharmacies and patients regarding prescriptions • Track labs, follow-ups, and patient progress • Prepare charts and patient updates prior to visits • Escalate urgent or clinically significant concerns to provider Administrative & Operational Support • Assist with scheduling and patient workflow management • Track incomplete forms, labs, and outstanding tasks • Help maintain SOPs and efficient systems • Support a high-touch concierge patient experience Qualifications • Preferred but not required Active RN license (PA preferred but not required) • Experience in weight loss, functional medicine, hormones, med spa, primary care, women’s health, or nutrition preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Detail-oriented and proactive • Familiarity with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and Google Workspace preferred Compensation • 1099 contractor position • Approximate hours: 10–15 hours/week initially • Compensation: approximately $30- $35 hour depending on experience and skill set • Opportunity for increased hours and leadership growth as the practice expands Ideal Candidate Please include a cover letter or email about why you would be a good fit.
