Job Description
Role Overview
The Telehealth Department provides compassionate, patient-centered care through video visits. This role focuses on remote patient monitoring, hospital discharge follow-up, pre-op anemia management, and E-Visits.
Schedule
- Part-time position working 40 hours every 2 weeks.
Qualifications
- Licensure in the state of Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky.
- Certification by the ANCC/AANP as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (acute care or family practice) or NCCPA as a Certified Physician Assistant.
