As a Private Duty LVN, you will deliver high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities • Provide exceptional hands-on care, including wound care, medication management, and the ongoing monitoring of chronic conditions. • Collaborate closely with physicians, rehabilitation services, and family members to ensure seamless, comprehensive care. • Empower clients and their loved ones by educating them on diagnoses, treatment plans, and wellness strategies. • Maintain highly organized, accurate, and timely clinical documentation of the exceptional care you provide. Requirements • Current, unrestricted California LVN license • Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program • 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse • Proof of Negative TB result • Physical Screening Documentation within the last year • Current BLS certification • Valid California drivers License and insurance • Cell phone with internet access Nice-to-haves • Home Health experience preferred Benefits • Hourly Rate: \$35-\$50, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more. • Weekly Payments • Flexible Schedule: Per Diem, based on your availability and travel preferences • Various Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, Night, Overnight • Holiday Pay: Time and a half • Training and Ongoing Support • Constant Support: Our office team is available 24/7 to treat you with dignity, respect, and provide assistance whenever needed. • Health, Dental, Vision and 401(k) with 4% company match
