Remote Telehealth NP / PA (Part-Time or Full-Time) | $65–$80/hr + Benefits & Bonuses

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide patient care via telehealth video or phone visits, including both synchronous and asynchronous encounters.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care via telehealth video and phone visits
• Manage both synchronous and asynchronous patient encounters
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients according to clinical guidelines
• Document encounters accurately and timely in the EHR
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and telehealth regulations

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in New York and New Jersey
• Credentialed and enrolled with Medicare and Medicaid
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable using EHRs and telehealth technology
• Reliable internet connection and private, HIPAA-compliant workspace

Compensation & Benefits

• $65–$80 per hour
