Physician Assistant (PA) - Evening In-Office Virtual Visits (Urgent Care) Location: In-Office (Prospect Lefferts Gardens) Compensation: $90-$105 per hour Schedule (Evening Position) Monday-Thursday: Choose one fixed schedule • 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM OR • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Physician Assistant to join our urgent care team for an evening in-office virtual visits role. This position is ideal for a PA who prefers later hours and wants a structured, well-supported environment with consistent workflow and clear expectations. You will handle virtual urgent care visits directly from the office, assessing patients in real time, diagnosing common acute conditions, and providing clear and effective treatment plans. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while staying in sync with the clinical team. A Medicaid ID number is required. Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual urgent care evaluations. • Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute conditions. • Provide clear treatment plans and follow-up instructions. • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. • Collaborate with the clinical team to support high-quality patient care. Qualifications • Active New York PA license. • Active Medicaid ID number (required). • Experience in urgent care or primary care. • Excellent communication skills and a professional, steady demeanor. • Ability to work efficiently in a virtual-visit workflow.
