Family Nurse Practitioner – Weekend Telehealth Coverage
- Pay Rate: $75/hour
- Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
- Work Schedule: Weekend Coverage (Saturday & Sunday, every weekend preferred or every other weekend considered)
- Work Location: Fully Remote / Telehealth
Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners to support a growing virtual care weekend workforce. This role provides independent, patient-centered telehealth services to patients ages 18 months and older.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat primary care, acute, chronic, and transitional care conditions.
- Provide health education, counseling, and disposition planning.
- Deliver reproductive and sexual health counseling, including contraceptive management.
- Document all encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Coordinate care with internal and external healthcare partners.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Minimum 2 years of medically relevant clinical experience.
- Candidates must hold at least four active, unrestricted licenses from specified states (NC, SC, GA, VA, PA, NY, NJ).
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth technology.
